My path in life has been direct

I earned my undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Dayton, where I developed a passion for environmental science.
2.
My interest in research grew as I volunteered in a lab during undergrad, which eventually led to a paid position assisting in environmental science labs.
3.
I moved to Philadelphia for grad school, pursuing a master’s in environmental science at Villanova University.
4.
A pivotal internship with the Philadelphia Water Department during grad school convinced me that I wanted to work in government and make a tangible impact.
5.
After graduating, I landed a role in the City of Philadelphia's Office of Sustainability, focusing on renewable energy projects.
